At Brick by Brick (B3), we recognize that tackling the affordable housing crisis requires collaboration, strategy, and a shared commitment to making homeownership accessible. One of our most impactful disposition strategies is partnering with nonprofit housing organizations that rehabilitate properties and sell them directly to families. Since 2022, we've sold 29 properties to these mission-focused partners, transforming underutilized properties into vibrant homes and expanding affordable housing opportunities.

Currently, we have 8 additional properties under contract with nonprofits, set to close within the next 60 days, further multiplying the positive impact of these collaborative efforts.
